Problem
We observed high drop-off rates during onboarding, hindered host adoption due to complex property setup, verification bottlenecks, and lack of guidance.
Approach
We tackled key bottlenecks with data-informed solutions—improving progress indicators, decoupling KYC, automating property descriptions, and streamlining steps for a smoother experience. Solutions were phased, tracked, and iteratively refined to ensure a cohesive and intuitive onboarding journey.
Results
Onboarding completion increased 25.3%, live offers grew 10%, and host satisfaction improved, strengthening platform scalability and market position.

In 2024, I led the redesign of HomeToGo’s host calendar to address key pain points from research, host feedback, and competitive analysis. The goal was to improve efficiency, reduce cancellations, and increase booking acceptance rates.
Problem:
Hosts struggled with navigation, calendar syncing, limited visibility into discounts and seasonal settings, leading to inefficiencies. Scalability issues further impacted the calendar experience.
Approach:
Introduced a centralized, mobile-optimized interface with contextual actions and streamlined navigation. Conducted testing to validate solutions and ensure hosts could easily manage availability, pricing, and promotions. Solutions were phased, starting with foundational updates, then advanced features like season settings and discount management.
Results:
Improved usability, organization, and host efficiency, contributing to a 3–4% increase in booking acceptance while supporting HomeToGo’s scalability initiatives.

I designed and delivered a new experience for HomeToGo’s guests to search and book multi-unit properties, solving a challenge in its unit-focused search model. The goal was to uncover hidden inventory while maintaining a seamless booking flow.
Problem
Guests lacked visibility into properties offering multiple units, limiting inventory and booking options. Unlike other platforms that display multi-unit listings, we needed to integrate this functionality seamlessly without disrupting the unit-level search experience.
Approach
Through user research, competitive analysis, and iterative testing, I developed a solution that surfaced similar available units within a property while keeping the experience intuitive and non-disruptive. Guests could explore more options without feeling overwhelmed.
Results
The redesign increased conversion rates by 3%, uncovered 15% more inventory, and reduced unavailable offers. It improved user success rates, enhanced trust, and provided greater booking flexibility. The feature remains live, driving long-term value and scalability.

I worked on AI innovations at HomeToGo, collaborating with the Director of Product, Engineering, and a dedicated task force to design Super AI Sunny, an AI-powered assistant enhancing the vacation rental experience.
Challenge
Create a smarter, more personalized way to navigate their travel journey—from search to post-booking support—improving decision-making while ensuring seamless integration across mobile and web.
Solution
Super AI Sunny acts as a travel companion, offering features like accommodation discovery, packing lists, restaurant recommendations, real-time weather updates, and more. After delivering the foundational design, other teams expanded it with AI-generated summarized reviews and descriptions, enriching the booking experience.
Results
Early feedback highlighted simplified decision-making and enhanced personalization, while revealing UX and technical refinement opportunities. The project laid a strong foundation for future AI-driven innovations.

Evam needed a scalable digital experience that reflected its brand essence while supporting new product lines and distribution channels, all while integrating storytelling to engage younger consumers.
Solution
I leveraged desk research, best practices, and user insights to design an intuitive shopping journey featuring curated recommendations, searchable showcases, and user-generated reviews to build trust and drive conversions. The site blended storytelling with usability, ensuring it resonated with a millennial audience.
Results
